Easy web site and delivery excellent. Except i ordered two 12 kilo bags 1 puppy and 1 mature dog and the package was broken open, and thrown just inside the gate for me to sort and carry to my house, I am 85 that is why i order on line and would like it delivered properly.

The order arrived quickly, within just a few days but one of the lids was cracked because the package was thrown over the gate. Fortunately, it did not affect the contents of the jar.

Excellent company to deal with
I have been ordering dog food and treats from Brekz for several years now. Their prices are reasonable and their website and app are easy to use. They often have special offers which are very interesting.
They deliver within an acceptable time-frame and always on the date which they specify.

Please be aware you stand a good chance of losing your money! Do not buy from Brekz
Appalling service 5 weeks and order is according to Brekz website still in preparation. They have had my money all this time. You can write for a refund but you don’t get a reply and no sign of a refund. Customer service terrible so I would advise that nobody should use this company unless they want to say goodbye to their payment.

Cheaper than the others, but zero service.
Ordered for nearly 200 euros, and 10 days later the order is not ready to send, no answer to my emails. So I had to file a claim with PayPal to get a refund.
Do not trust, it seems that original packages are opened and resealed before sending...
