I ordered and paid for a specific service, however instead I was sent a generic horoscope for today, tomorrow, and the following week. This is not the service I purchased and does not match what was advertised or agreed upon.

Despite contacting customer support multiple times, the issue was not resolved. The responses I received were unhelpful and showed a lack of understanding of my request. At no point was the correct service provided, nor was a refund offered.

Because the company failed to deliver what was paid for, I have reported this transaction as fraudulent to my bank.

I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will continue pursuing it through my bank and any applicable consumer protection channels.

In all of your replies, you repeatedly offered that people could email you and that you would review the issue immediately. I did so — yet instead of receiving help, I was given the same automated response again.

At this point, I am joining another complainant who is pursuing this matter further, as your failure to provide proper support has left me with no alternative.

I hope this issue will finally be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

Customers service support very upsetting. Issues not solved for more than two weeks after they are sending wrong items.
