it never arrived!!! and customer support is ignoring me

Simple et rapide

I ordered 2 large packs of Schesir cat food (+€50) that was my normal supplier was out of. I saw Brekz's slightly more advantageous pricing and saw it was an international company, so thought it would be okay.

I got the parcel perhaps 6 days later. However, they sent the wrong food! I messaged them 3 times and tried to call their office 3 times as well. Their phone system is a joke. I have a feeling that nobody mans it EVER. I am only in France for a few weeks so my time is limited here. I made this clear in my email.

I finally got a response apologizing for their mistake and that DPD would contact me ASAP to schedule a pickup. Well...4 days later and I am still waiting. Not a word from DPD.

This company is useless. I will only use my other tried and true companies in future like Zooplus. Far better customer service.

I placed an order for about 185 euros of dog food and dog dental products. DPD delivered in the rain. Dumped the cardboard box at my gate and went. I retrieved th e box to find it completely full but te 12kg of Royal Canin Labrador food was not there. No one answers the phone, I have written to them on their chat service, their email and their Facebook. As yet I have heard nothing. I took a photo of box and contents as proof there was no 12kg bag there nor was there room for one.

Service optimum

I have ordered from this company a lot and usually don't have too much trouble. Packaging is sometimes flimsy, but everything has always arrived. It is a bit annoying that you cannot alter your order once it has been made. I gave my old address by accident, and am told that it is too late to change the address and that I have to contact DPD myself. This is despite the order apparently still being prepared (according to tracking). They provided a phone number for me to contact DPD... which seems a bit old-fashioned

The site is easy to use --the products arrived very quickly with no delivery problems

My order arrived with 6 boxes of Royal Canin cat sachets. One box was completely opened with product spread all over the other sachets. The smell was disgusting . There was no way I could bring inside.
Rest of the order for another product incomplete and substituted with another type.
I sent photos and complaint. its at 3 weeks weeks now, no refund made after many emails. I will never use this company again and do not recommend.

I'm having trouble believing this company is not a scam... It's been 10 days since I made my order and still no package and no shipping progress. I wrote 2 e-mails and messaged them through Facebook, no reply. This is definitely the 1st and last time I order from them, and I advise everyone to avoid. Completely unprofessional.

The shipments from Brekz.fr might come from Holland but the goods are always delivered as quickly as orders from other companies based in France. We never had a bad experience with Brekz and I can recommend them to anybody! Their assortment and prices are also as good as from other suppliers active on the French market.

Terrible shop and I will never be ordering with them anymore.

I ordered food for my cat (for the month) on the 20th of September, and not only that the delivery took quite a long, the day it was supposed to be delivered the delivery guy claimed we were not home. Bear in mind it was 8 a.m., we were home and even if we were not we have a concierge who always collects packages. We called the customer service and they apologized and said we would receive it the following day. It only arrived two days later and most of the order was missing (3 out of 4 boxes). We contacted Brekz once again and they apologized and claimed the rest of our order would arrive soon. Today is the 2nd of October and the rest of my order has not arrived yet.

I do NOT recommend!

Augmentation de 9 à 10€ sur 1 an sur un sac de 3 kg !!! Inflation certes, mais à ce point ... Déception ... Que proposez-vous ?
Conclusion : mes comparaisons sur différents sites va s'intensifier.

First and last time buyer based on my experience! Your company forgot more than HALF my entire order!! I emailed and tried to contact your team multiple times from the start to ensure no issues..and all I got were issues.

Never again - you think a 5% coupon for a "future" order makes up for this huge mistake? I ended up spending double that at another store as an expedited purchase...honestly, worst experience and customer service around! I would never recommend you.
