Never worked! No custom service.
I've used an eSIM from other companies without issue. I followed their instructions, tips and their FAQ. I got no response when asking for help. Not even their AI Chatbot would respond. Tried to contact them again when I got back to the US. Still couldn't get a response from either human nor AI chatbot.

I bought two esims for my trip to Hawaii. Received the email and downloaded the esims to my phone, but once in Hawaii, they did not work. We followed the directions sent, but never worked. I ordered through booking.com and they directed us to Breeze's email for a refund, but they have ghosted us. No response at all for 8 days (of this writing). We were forced to contact our carrier in Korea to enable global roaming. Do yourself a favor, understand your risks because you don't want to be in a foreign country with no access to mobile data and no way to contact the esim provider.

Simple set up with easy instructions, easy purchase and plenty of data. Great signal in Washington, Pensylvania and New York. Recommended!

Trustworthy, I bought but needed a refund after I realised my mobile contract included data in USA, so I didn’t actually require an eSIM. Breeze refunded me without a problem. Good experience.

Installed e-SIM in the US for a duration of two weeks' use in Germany. I was not able to get eSim to work. After numerous attempts and following instructions I gave up. Upon return to the US I requested a refund from eBreeze.com. Several weeks later & numerous emails to customer service, I am still waiting for my refund!!
Next time I will install a temporary physical SIM card so I can use my cell phone in Germany/Europe!

Disgusting service. I bought 2 esims as I have a new phone and my husband does too our esim was not compatible. It had listed our phones as being compatible. We tried to do it manually but we don't have that feature in our settings. I have previously purchased esims from breeze before and had no issues when I had my previous phone.
I have sent 6 emails and still no refund as I am back from holiday and still don't need my esim. I sent them emails whilst in holiday and still after 2 weeks nothing. This is disgusting. I have to keep going through the stupid robot on their site and has frustrated me. I would not recommend them anymore. Save the hassle as if your phone is not compatible and it states in there list it is.. then all the best. Customer service is terrible

I used it for my holiday visit to Turkey and it definitely helped a lot. The signal was pretty good and I was able to get a connection in most parts of the region. No complaints!

Seem very competitive on prices and simple to use, so what more would you want? Anyway, the reason for the 5 Star review is that I stupidly ordered the wrong SIM. After searching for US deals on Google, I assumed the link would take me to the US SIM page. It didn't and I ended up buying a SIM for Spain. Anyway, less that one working day after contacting, they issued the refund and I purchased the correct SIM. 100% will use again.

Easy to use and great coverage in Canada & USA for the price.

Cheap eSim to purchase and use abroad. The EuroLite package worked out really well for the ski trip because I needed mobile signal in Switzerland and France. I wish there is an app to track data usage because it does get used quite quickly.

i bought 2 esims for albania as it said that they would work in this country but when we got there and tried to use them they would not work i went unto there website but only got AI and could not get the information that i wanted and it would not put me through to a person i would recommed never to use this company

Serice and user experience

I knew exactly what I was doing, as I’ve used eSIMs many times before, which made this experience even more frustrating. I was extremely disappointed with this company. I activated the eSIM using the recommended automatic settings, but despite connecting to four different local operators in Turkey, I wasn’t able to use even 1MB of data.

Throughout my holiday, I felt quite vulnerable as I had no internet access at all, despite having paid for the service. Neither WhatsApp nor Google Maps worked at any point. I contacted support, but they were unable to resolve the issue. I also requested a refund and didn’t receive any response.
