I recently used this eSIM for my trip to Japan, and the network coverage was absolutely flawless throughout my entire stay. I didn't experience a single connection drop or signal issue. It was incredibly reliable and convenient!The only minor improvement I'd suggest is offering an option with a local Japanese phone number. Some local restaurants only accept reservations over the phone and can't be booked online.Other than that, it was a fantastic service and I'd definitely use it again!
I bought a Europe+ eSIM while I was still in the UK. After installing it, I noticed that the plan had activated automatically. I later found out that this was because the Europe+ plan also includes the UK. I contacted customer support, and they kindly extended the validity of my plan to make up for the time lost. Used during my trip to Singapore. It was much cheaper than the traditional travel SIM cards I looked at, so for the price I really cant complain. There ws a small issue when I landed as I couldnt get any signal at first. I contcted customer support and they helped me sort it out very quickly. After that, everything worked fine.
I bought the 15-day unlimited EU plan and it worked well for most of my trip. Ard day 10, I suddenly lost service. It may hv been an issue with the local network, as someone travelling with me had also lost connection on a multi country EU eSIM from another provider. Thumb up for the support team bc they replaced the eSIM without makin things difficult.
No data initially then a good experience Bought a 3GB esim for Albania for $5 for 15 days, much cheaper than other options. Installed easily from order email. Good coverage and speeds throughout my trip from partner networks. However data didn’t initially work, I had to manually select the compatible network - this was mentioned in troubleshooting FAQs but should be more clearly instructed if not all providers are supported.
