Extremely bad experience

Received glasses after 3 weeks delay and repeatedly emails

Received delivery while in holidays and after returning opened the box and realised glasses were misaligned and have manufacturing fault. And informed them immediately about a refund. The company is not making excuses not to refund and using the 14 day change of mind rule to keep the money £200. Although it’s a matter of product not having acceptable quality, which according to consumer act has 30 days.

Blickers is fake and fraud.

Do not trust them.

worst online purchase experience, rating of zero is more appropriate.after waiting long for my overdue purchase and still being told " sorry, we still have no idea when your glasses will be ready." no timeframe whatsoever.

I decided to terminate my purchase, I'm currently waiting for a termination confirmation email back from Blickers.and a full refund of my money back.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Blickers.shop elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience.

I placed Order #BLK-2026-861858 for a Tom Ford FT1340 RUPERT-02 C63 52E, but when the package arrived, the sunglasses were missing from the box.

Even more concerning, the box I received had a barcode/model corresponding to a completely different product: Tom Ford TF 461 Tortoise 52G Emma 56mm.

This mismatch raises serious concerns about the authenticity and handling of the product. I ordered one specific Tom Ford model, received an empty box, and the box itself was labeled for another model.

I have contacted customer support and requested a full refund, as I no longer want a replacement. I have also reported the matter to the relevant authorities due to the concerns regarding the product and packaging.

I expect a prompt refund and a clear explanation of how this happened.

Very happy with my new glasses and the service. In the past I struggled with finding cool glasses for a good price. Thanks Blickers. ;)

I URGE YOU. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FIRM

It has been a month since my order was delivered and the glasses faulty. The arm is lose and is likely to fall off. A video was sent to customer service month ago. A number of emails have been sent since by me AND NOT ONE SINGLE reply. These cost £250!! I fear they will never get back to me.
DO NOT BUY I repeat. DO NOT BUY from them.

Good price. Product arrived on time

I am very happy with my purchase. The sunglasses are genuine. Come with a pauch. They look gorgeous. And the price is half of what I would have paid if buying them from Versace. I bought 2 pairs of Versace sunglasses. Great service and intact delivery.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses and despite it going way over the time they said they would deliver them, I have still not received them. The company has had my money for a long period of time without producing the goods in return which i don't believe is very ethical. In addition, a while ago they sent me an email to say that they had packed my item and it was being shipped, but I am now being told that this was a lie because they still don't have the sunglasses from the designer. This is an altogether very poor experience and I would not recommend this company. Cheap isn't always best. Lets see if they ever actually arrive?

Wanted to return my purchase after the size was incorrect. Seems they have a return policy of 14 days, and because i was on holiday i asked for a return on day 17 so they refused. Such a chame because i buy a lot of sunnglasses and now you already lost a first time customer.

Quick to deliver, however £18.50 to return and then took over 2 weeks for a refund which is also £8.49 short so no doubt there is anothe charge so my advice is pay a little more form a company that don’t charge you for returns a s then short change to! Ended up buying from John Lewis!

Would 100% recommend Blickers to everyone. I have ordered a couple of times now, glasses arrived perfectly, amazing service, competitive pricing and excellent customer service! Will be back soon!

The website is very easy to use. We have ordered glasses for our kid and he enjoys it. The presription was send to Blickers and they did it fully correct and well.
The prices are good and the ordering went great.
