Not sure what to say. I have never ever experienced such awful customer service and that is after being an Eir customer. After 12 years and the emails to prove it Customer can't even call it a Service maybe Disservice is a better word.. This concerns the rental of pedal bikes, not the shop or electric bikes. It seems that the new Bleeper Owners have abandoned the pedal bikes and their clients. Dublin City Council take note. Its quite easy to see on the maps once you omit the electric bikes. 24 pedal available bikes in Dublin suburbs. Pay attention Moby got rid of pedal bikes and that is what the new owners of Bleeper intend to do with theirs.

Got a cargo ebike at Bleeper a few months ago and the kids absolutely love it, every morning ride is like a family trip, great store.

I’m writing this review based on several experiences I’ve had with Bleeper.
Over the past few weeks, we visited their offices and a guy named Raul looked after us brilliantly – he was friendly and professional.
This made us want to try out their service, and we were delighted.
We hired some bikes to go to Phoenix Park over the next few days and the experience was brilliant. We hired a bike for an hour and a half and it only cost us 4 euros!!!
The bikes were great – three different gears for different terrains and brakes that worked a treat.
We’ll definitely be back!

I use the app for commuting every day and I couldn’t be happier. What a service Bleepe does for Dublin.

Terrible. Payment doesn't work generally which you means you can't use the service at all. When it does work (1/5,) ending your ride doesn't work so you end you end overpaying. Completely useless. Don't use it.

I was promised a refund on December 10th, but haven’t received it yet. I’ve contacted support, but I haven’t received a solution. Can someone help?

hi iv had a really bad situation with bleeper bike while i was out cycling my bag had been stolen from my bike the bag had the charger and my bank card and a few other bits inside , so it turned out that I cancelled my card so my payments were not been taking for the bike I rented. I had so many things on my mind I genuinely forgot to inform bleeper of the situation with the card , I went there yesterday to explain the situation and I was really made feel like shit by the receptionist her attitude was really unessary regarding the situation. I did sincerely apologise for any mistake I made , there was 60 euro outstanding on my account so i paid 40euro off the 60 yesterday and they still took the bike from me I did put a review up on Google and result of that review IV JUST RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM.LEX IN THE OFFICE THAT THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION DUE TO ME POSTING MY REVIEW I FEEL THIS IS VERY UNFAIR OF THEM I ALSO INFORMED HIM AS HE WAS TELLING ME THIS THAT IV ALL CALLS RECORDED ON MY PHONE AND THAT I WILL.BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER.

The customer care doesn't exist.

we had a problem yesterday at 6pm and the customer care works until 5:30.
This morning they should start to work at 7:30am and still they are not answering to the phone and to the email.

The bike is not blocking and the app is counting from 5:30pm of yesterday.
We are gonna pay a lot of money because the bike is broke and the customer care is not working

Charged without warning on bad parking and If you ‘start’ a journey and the bike doesn’t unlock you’re charged- I got a refund for that

Things they need to fix - have a warning system for violations. Have an acceptable parking spot in the map of the app. I can’t find any parking in Sandymount strand despite full support for it.

Worst bike share service!

Very poor service. Stay away. Never bikes available nearby and fined me €15 for not leaving bike in designated area. Should have received warning first. Considering closing account

It’s getting worse and worse. Bikes are always packed in the same areas and many always appear as “unavailable “. I have contacted the customer support numerous tomes and they keep saying there is nothing they can do. Very disappointing. I hope we had Dublin bikes instead in D4

wanted to hire 2 bikes at the Dun Laoghaire Pier tocycle with my 10 year old daughter. Dowloaded the app, verified payment method. Then unlocked 1 bike but it wouldnt allow me to unlock the other, tried to pause the unlocked bike but kept getting error messages. Tried to contact customer support, nothing immediate to solve the problem. eventually had to give up an was charged for the time Bike 1 was unlocked even after explaining everything to customer service whom give a typical generic template response. Very unhappy with the lack of personable explanation as to why error messages and why couldnt unlock 2nd bike...hence the poor review...i wasted 30 mins of my glorious day and leaving my review in the hope you might not experience the same.

I used Bleeper Bike a few times this past summer and love the convenience of it. The prices seem quite fair, and it's simple and quick to rent a bike and return it again. Only downside I would say is that some bikes are not in a great condition and needs a bit more maintenance.
