Brilliant start to finish

Brilliant start to finish. Did exactly what I needed which was find the best market value for my business utilities. Took care of everything all I need to do was register an account with my new provider. 10/10

Bad communication

Josh handled my switch and I asked to switch my gas only but I mentioned that I am open to switch my electricity at the end of my existing contract. Apparently my new electricity has been scheduled to start by end of this month and I now have to deal with my existing supplier to cancel this switch. At first I chose Bionic so they could help me but it has been giving me so much hassle in the end.

GREAT SERVICE

After asking all the relevant questions, the process was straightforward and the quote was provided quickly. Tony was efficient and professional, and the entire process took less than an hour, from receiving the quote to signing the paperwork.

I would highly recommend Tony for his great service and efficiency. Excellent experience!
