Had kontakt for the first time with bilia for the first time and very interested in a bmw from around 235000 sek. On the site they say that they love to buy customers cars.
Only not mine even though it was a volvo and i didnt want the huvudpris.
So i go to another who is willing to take my old one

Bought a broken car from bilia
Bilia basically sold us a car that had serious issues with the timing belt. They told us it went through service and it was perfectly fine some months before we got it, and unfortunately we trusted them. We bought the car and 3 weeks later it broke completely and we had to spend so much money to fix it. The belt was ment to be changed while the car was in bilia but they never changed it. Now they refuse to take any responsibility. They refuse to take the garbage car they sold us (even if it’s less than 1 month since we bought it) so now we are tricked into buying their problematic car. I wish I knew earlier…

Car Selling
It was an overall great experience.

Car selling experience
It was really good experience selling my car at Bilia.
Everything went really smooth. Price they recommended for the car was above the market value.
So i am really satisfied. Employees behaviour was amazing. So i am a permanent customer for them.

Don't buy car from bilia
I bought a car via auction and brake rotors are super bad among other things and none were mentioned on test-protocol. I have emailed them but they don't check emails so i will keep calling them and after 6 days communication with different people they said they will not fix it today.

I bought a car. I asked for a copy of the car's documents.
No copy of the documents.
I picked up the car and it didn't have license plates 🙈.
I've bought over 100 cars in Sweden and no one has ever done this to me.
