bought a car 350k kr - it stopped the next day had to pull over with a "stop driving and pull over warning"

1. sales guy said nothing to do with with him and sent my a link to a warranty page"
2. 4 days later - still no contact from their support page.

STAY AWAY - GO TO A SMALL COMPANY THAT WILL BE HAPPY FOR YOUR MONEY.

The worst car dealer ever! The process of buying went so fast and they made it so easy so they lure you with their "good service ". But 3 months into driving the car it would not start. Thank God for the insurance we signed we could have road assistance. We contacted the contact person who sold us the car and he would not answer at all. After contacting the customer service they directed us to a car mechanic of their choice to have it checked and indeed the problem was not caused by our usage and they agreed that they will fix it. It has been a month and we are calling weekly ( a few times a week) and they come with all kinds of excuses not to do it. The car did not even pass the yearly control and we need to fix othe things as Riddermark does not agree that it was not us causing them. Mind you it has only been three months. I would never ever recommend this car dealership to anyone I know. They sell you a car for a high price with many hidden issues. Please do not buy from these people

I bought a car last week from Riddermark and the experience was nothing but worth mentioning! I had a look at other options but the service I received from Riddermark was 10 times better.

I want to praise the warranty service at Riddemark BIL, I am positively surprised, the car encountered problems 2 weeks after purchase and I took it to a mechanic because I had a Riddemark warranty, everything was very quick, efficient and professional with the help of Bakkay

We bought a car for 170K Sek. A 2015 VW estate. We went through the whole process, speaking with what seemed like a rather young chap.

When we asked questions about the car we were assured of everything 'Tyres are great' 'Been serviced and well looked after' etc etc.

Within the day of owning the car the Aircon Gas ran out. So we called the salesmen kept saying 'he'll get back to me' and ghosting. Within the first month of owning the car two tyres where leaking air - When we took it to the mechanic he said the tyres where over a decade old and totally unsafe to be driving on (I have two small children!) Again reached out the sales guy and he said he would get back to me.

In the same month paint starting bubbling and chipping off the driverside door revealing rust, so I think it had damage and been poorly repainted. The oil needed to be changed and the gasket was leaking on the oil filter housing. Within weeks of that the glow plugs went - Nearly all of them. (And the mechanic deiscovered a whole under the driver side door - his assesemment was it had been in some sort of crash). Then the fuses went in the car...

To top it all off, paid for extra warranty and sent all of this over to Riddersmarkbil - only to get told NOTHING was covered and they were not going to do anything.

Now the car had done 180k miles, but when you are assured the car has had been inspected and looked after top to bottom and THIS many problems happens fro a car you paid that much for - and for the company to respond as they did. Leads me to believe they just washed the car, took a quick look and put it up for sale. Zero customer service, HAPPY to take my cash and convince me to take extra warranty to cover me - then slammed the door in my face.

Also for context, we dont drive the car that much at all. We have a garage so its not parked outside and we live in Stockholm.

Avoid. Never buying from again.
