I had an issue and they helped me immediately. They answered me multiple times and where very patiently.

Celine and Gwen especially did a great job . And I want emphasize on how great they did they both deserve 5 stars .the reason why im giving 1 start is because I had an encounter with Blaire she was very rude and not understanding her email came off as very egotistical and she just wanted to prove that I was in the wrong not wanting to understand where I am coming from in my position as a consumer . I did feel she was being sassy her approach to the situation didnt make things better but heightened my emotions that I was already feeling. I do feel for future clients to show in the subscription portion on the app to also show the monthly subscription there as well as what they paid for so we have a chance to cancel things ahead of time. So this doesnt happen to anyone else again. Because when I saw my subscription portion it only said the 4 weeks and not monthly which is why I didnt think I would be charged. Just for reference I checked my subscription portion while my 4 weeks was still going on and it didn't show the monthly. Also didnt show me to unsubscribe because I paid for it in full so it didnt give me an option to unsubscribe to anything . Which is why I was shocked when I found out I was being charged . So when I went to the app it showed monthly and thats when I unsubscribe. So just for future my suggestion would be to let people cancel ahead of time so this doesnt happen again or at least show it in the subscription portion to cancel if they paid in full because I didnt see it in my subscription portion while my 4 weeks was going on that I also subscribed for the month to month after it's over. So to have an option to just cancel completely before and not when the 4 weeks come to an end and just charge them.

As always, the Better Me team was very responsive and super helpful. I appreciate their quick reply to my question. I love the app and more importantly the results!

Staff were great trying to resolve my issue after I had purchased a subscription through Apple which don’t operate the same way as subscriptions through the actual BetterMe site. All sorted and happy with outcome, and they even gave me a free challenge to try 😀

I really enjoy the Pilates workouts on BetterMe. The exercises are effective, varied, and easy to follow. The app is very user-friendly and simple to navigate, which makes it easy to stay motivated and keep up with my workouts. Fast communication when things go wrong. My subscription cancelled on its own when time was up (which normally is a good thing). They had to fix this for me as i couldnt find the way to do this in a simple manner. Good to see that there are compagnies who dont automatically keep you subscribed.

I had an issue with a subscription being cancelled immediately when I was only trying to manage the renewal settings, which meant I unexpectedly lost access to a plan I had already paid for.
I contacted BetterMe Support and they responded quickly and resolved the issue, restoring my access to the subscription. The communication was clear, polite, and efficient, and I really appreciated how promptly they handled the situation.

I ordered a Pilates kit from BetterMe and the ankle weights didn’t arrive. However, when I emailed them about it, they had excellent customer service. The communication through emails went fast. They considered and understood my situation pretty fast. Then they sent in the ankle weights.

I am extremely pleased with the customer service! I’m excited to use this app some day when i have the space and solid cell/internet service … you’ve been more than accommodating and i will strongly suggest this app to anyone looking for a personalized home workout!
