Received my rings today and absolutely love them, one was damaged in transit but I emailed to let them know and straight away I had a email back to say they had sent another one out to replace it. I will most definitely be buying more.

beautiful rings, love style and design. I had to contact customer service because a stone fell out and i was very disappointed. they aske me to send a photo of the ring with the missing stone , i sent the photo and they said they will replace the ring. i was very happy with the customer service , it was fast and efficient. i can't wait to receive the replacement.

Good quality I am very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a necklace and ring about a month ago, and the quality honestly surprised me! The pieces haven’t tarnished so far, with everyday use, and they look as good as new. The only small minus is that the jewel in the ring moves a little bit, and has been since I opened it in the package, but it seems to be securely placed otherwise. With all that in mind, I will definitely order again!

It arrived fast, I really enjoy the quality. Everything is so beautiful, I like the earring and the bracelet the most!

Chains are very cheap and already broke.

First 2 necklaces arrived and I tried to return as I thought they looked so cheap , took 5 days for a reply and that was only after I emailed again, told me they couldn’t return 2 for 1 sale items which is nonsense but the customer service was good and told me to pick another 2 items and keep the first order , but the jewellery itself is a load of rubbish , people told me they buy it from temu and looking at temu the same stuff is on there but I obviously can’t say that’s true or not , it’s a load of cheap tat really and I do regret spending £40 of my hard earned dosh on stuff I would never wear
