I was most impressed by the whole sale process. Kept up to date on delivery, on the day of delivery the driver informed me that he was stuck in traffic and would be later than he expected. I was going out that evening and nobody would be in.He asked if he could leave it somewhere safe, i asked him if he could put in the shed, which he agreed to. He was brilliant, it was safely delivered. First class service from start to finish

Absolutely horrendous experience. Appliance don’t fit space due to additional lip at the top of the fridge measuring g 1/2 inch extra.
After disputing cost of collection, and heated discussion, call was terminated.
I applied through PayPal and was rejected and offered to pay for collection, and was ignored. Calls put down, and emails ignored.
I was then informed I had to keep it.
I have put it in my shed as it doesn’t fit inside the house.
When fitting I discovered multiple damage issue inside and on the lettering.
I am stuck with a fridge freezer costing £600 that doesn’t fit and damaged.
I have a chronic illness and too overwhelmed to fight anyone for a while.
Utterly disappointed and an overwhelming experience.
Was told my emails went to spam and it’s too late to return.

The driver delivered my cooker without any fuss. He put it in the kitchen as requested and left. The cooker looks fantastic, but it hasn't been connected yet.

To be perfectly honest I was dissatisfied with the delivery driver I felt like he was asking me to pay for my free delivery , even tho stated 1 man delivery 1 was there to help , I’ll go elsewhere next time

The delivery was at the time I was given and I was kept updated frequently on where the driver was, the driver was polite and friendly and very helpful.

From initial order to installation, a first class, efficient and professional service.

Delivery was quoted hours between 7am-7pm, with a text message / email the day before confirming the two hour window. I received an email to confirm between 7-8 am, then to receive a text stating between 6.30 and 7.30, sorry this is totally unacceptable, a delivery at 6.30 in the morning, ridiculous. I rang and spoke to a member of staff who was condescending to say the least, when I said we would not be able to receive an item at 6.30am, he said he couldn’t confirm that it wouldn’t be here at that time. I said we won’t be available at 6.30am and it would be a wasted journey, we are available from 7am delivery as per previous email and verbal communication. The males parting shot was well ‘that’s up to you love’ wow! The sales aspect with Matthew was excellent, was also considering buying a washing machine from you, now I think not!! Can and must do better, customer service from that team member 1/10!!

Excellent shopping experience. Purchased a new Bosch tumble dryer. Appliance World offered the best price. Communication was excellent with delivery details fully explained in advance. Delivery was very quick and took place on Bank Holiday Monday. Great service and I will definitely use again.
