Slow connection, i cannot open google map or any restaurent code for menu or load any documents. It only opens instagram which is not the purpose.
Whatsup message takes forever to be received.

I loved the eSIM once it was operational but both my wife and I had difficulty implementing the eSIM.
We both have an iPhone 16. It took me over an hour to resolve my eSIM using your help line. We managed to implement my wife’s on our own but neither eSIM was functional when we crossed into the USA.
Website instructions that are specific to individual phone models would be helpful.
We have recommended Alo eSIM to friends but are leaving for Japan in 20 days and I am wondering whether to try a competitor.

Was working good first 2 times , but next time i just lost money , didbt work , topped up 20 gb , and couldnt use it, disapoitment

Really enjoyed alosim, it was effective, affordable, and offered more than just unlimited options and 30 day plans. Great co and plan to use again!

Set up before and after destination was slightly not the same. Only setup after arrival was working.

AloSIM and Hushed provide the service they promise, but users need to be aware of the amount of time it takes to configure both AloSIM and Hushed. We also needed to figure out workarounds because overseas purchases used multi-factor authentication to our 'home' phone number. Also we found Hushed to have slow response times. So there were money savings, but some inconvenience.

I have used their services in 12 countries so far, and still counting. Connecting some times takes time but the once connected, its smooth sailing. Their customer service makes it better though. Agents are responsive to issues and take quick action - so I stick to alosim.

It was easy to set up. Mostly a good connection. Although there were times the connection was poor to nonexistent. Also when using iMessage, I’ll my contact names weren’t available.only the phone numbers which was annoying

Too expensive, and instructions for using Sims in other countries were misleading.

This e-sim worked great in both countries as soon as I stepped off the plane - better than my 5G at home!

In Türkiye, I couldn’t see my data balance, which was really frustrating because I had no way to manage my usage. I hope aloSIM can give me some credit for future use or to my Visa card, since I had to buy a second subscription that I wasn’t planning to purchase because I couldn’t check my remaining balance to manage my use.

Easy to use and efficient

Bought 3G US package from AloSim and used it for 3 weeks while visiting New York City and Niagara Falls. Never had a problem. Would recommend.
