Never bringing cumbersome luggage
Never bringing cumbersome luggage - again! The price was extremely reasonable. With 2 young children the thought of managing 3 large suitcases and the check in desk was a problem I was happy to get rid of. It meant we could go straight to security on arrival. I received whatsapp messages to keep le updated on the check in process - everything was secure and present when we arrived at our destination. I only wish there was the same for the return journey. Love it.

Great service, but status messaging could be improved
I used the service several times now. However, the last time the update service didn’t work properly, so I didn’t know if our luggage was successfully checked-in or not. To have this peace of mind, I had to check with the airline service at the airport - which made the whole experience less seamless. For a peace of mind, I would wish that automatic messaging for all the steps (like check-in) is working.

I was flying with my two children and…
I was flying with my two children and aunt via Virgin Atlantic. My children and I are entitled to 7 bags between us and my aunt 2 making 9. Plus 2 FREE baby items making 11 total. On my way to the airport I get notified airportr have charged me £140 in excess luggage to my absolute shock. When I get to the airport they confirm airportr checked in FOUR BAGS under my aunts ticket explaining the excess fee. This was almost a week ago now with NO FEEDBACK and I’ve just been talking to a bot whos asking for evidence and images to which I’ve sent. The kind virgin lady even showed me her backend screen showing the charge. I have so many questions as to why on earth that would happen. Even as common sense why would one person out of FOUR PASSENGERS travelling be checked in with FOUR BAGS alone? Why did they not check the luggage allowance of all the passengers going? It would take Virgin 0.5 seconds to see I’m a silver card holder entitled to 3 bags each for me and my kids. The whole entire thing made my travel more stressful and instead of sorting it out I’m getting emails about referring friends enraging me even more. BOOKING NUMBER AP1-VSLHR-UQ7H sort this out and refund my money ASAP PLEASE!

A great service
We were travelling with EasyJet which can be a nightmare at bag drop. This service enabled us to bypass the queue, travelling to the airport stress and luggage free.
We were naturally apprehensive that our luggage would arrive at our destination but it was fleeting as it was the first time using the service.
Very good service that I have already recommended to others.

Meanwhile for their reply, I messaged their customer service already and they insisted on no single refund, kept the whole £51!

Easy to book and it works perfectly
Driver called prior arrival to tell me when he will be at our house. He put the luggage into his car, sealed them, shoot pictures, which he sent over whatsApp. Same sealing was on each of the suitcases once we arrived in Bangkok. Booking Process was easy to manage and communication of each process step just perfectly handled.
