Acorn is one the best insurance company and friendly customer service.

Acorn is one of the best companies in the UK for Fast food deliveries, parcels deliveries and private hire (Taxi) Insurance.

They have an amazing customer service team as well as a fantastic portal where you can login and manage your insurance hastle-free!

My experience with Acorn was a very pleasant one thanks to Chris who was very patient when going through my policy. He made a real effort to ensure that I fully understood the policy and broke it all down in layman terms for me. By the end I was happy that I'd come across Acorn and have no hesitation in recommending this company based on my interaction with Chris.

Dave, the agent who handled my query was friendly, patient, pleasant and very professional. He went to great lengths to explain everything that I needed to know about the policy and gave all relevant information, options and clearly explained all the details about the policy. Dave was just excellent! Great experience with Dave. I will definitely recommend Acorn Insurance to friends because of a very positive experience with Dave today.

I have been insured with this company for 12 months and have had the unfortunate experience of making a claim . 1st of all low balled me on my total loss then tried to tell me CAP only gives 1 figure! now im an ex sales manager with 14 yrs experience of CAP and know this is factually incorrect it gives clean avg and poor and a retail value. when challenged on this stated I find this offensive so im terminating the call. Guess im going to the ombudsman now
