I experienced no noticeable benefit
I was initially sceptical about Ankhway, but the advertised 60-day money-back guarantee gave me the confidence to try it. My thinking was simple: if it worked, great—I would keep using it. If it didn't, I could rely on the guarantee and get my money back.
Unfortunately, after taking 2 gummies a day for 30 days, I didn't notice any improvement or benefit.
I then contacted customer support to request a refund. They responded very quickly, confirming that my refund had been processed and telling me not to worry about returning the unused product.
However, when I checked my refund, I found that I had received less than half of what I originally paid. I replied to ask why this was the case, but five days later I still haven't received a response.
I'm hoping this is simply an oversight because the initial response was so prompt. However, the lack of communication after issuing only a partial refund has left me questioning how the money-back guarantee is actually applied.
In summary:
I experienced no noticeable benefit after using the product as directed for a full month.
Despite the advertised money-back guarantee, I received less than 50% of my purchase price back.
After querying the partial refund, I have received no response.
Based on my experience, the product didn't work for me, and the refund process has been disappointing.

Product not good for me unfortunately
The company is easy to get hold of and quick to respond but unfortunately the mushroom gummies didn't do anything for me other than taste nice even though I have given the product plenty of time to work so have canceled my subscription.

Overall a consistently good product
I feel more balanced and calm since I began using these mushroom gummies. My digestive system seems to be more stable and settled. The difference is subtle but over time becomes more noticeable. I'm also perimenopause and find that since taking these I am better able to cope when I have a drink. I've been using these for maybe a year now. The repeat deliveries are prompt and hassle free.
