Found their website and ordered from them yesterday. A squeegee blade and handle. Had a text from them this morning which said the handle I ordered was not compatible with the blade and sent me a picture of the correct one. I was going to reorder from the website but they said they would do it from their end. Within a couple of minutes I received notification that my was now ready for dispatch. I am so grateful they notified me of my error and had it sorted with no hassle. Great service.

Fast delivery and excellent customer service.
We had an issue with a product and a replacement arrived the very next day, which was very much appreciated.

I ordered carpet shampoo from cleanfast and it was dispatched the same day to arrive the next working day, however my package never arrived. When I emailed cleanfast I got a response the same day with the tracking number and that they would follow up with the courier. When there was no success getting the original package from the courier I received a phone call from cleanfast apologising for the delay and the lost package even though it wasn't their fault at all. They sent a new package with lots of extra free cleaning products as an apology. Extremely happy with their customer service. I have yet to use the product but I'd be happy to order from them again.

I like the products from this company, but they use Fastway delivery company, so no notification of despatch or delivery, no customer support (seriously, you can't call them) and when the parcel was finally delivered, it was dumped on the ground outside the front gates. The doorbell was right in front of them but they did not use it or phone, just left the parcel where anyone could pick it up. I only discovered it when I went to put the bins out. This is disgraceful, so unfortunately I'm not inclined to use them again. This is a pity, because the products are good.
