After Sales Service / Warranty
A seal needed to be replaced on my pressure washer under warranty. The washer was collected at my home, repaired and delivered back all within a week. Unfortunately within a few weeks of the repair the washer refused to start however it is now going to be replaced by IGE. While I'm slightly disappointed with the actual pressure washer I cannot fault IGE and Eugene for their exceptionally prompt and efficient after sales service.
