Claims Assist recently acted as my loss assessor for a bathroom water leak at my home in Castleknock, Dublin 15, and their service was exceptional. Due to a leak from our water tank, our North Donegal home suffered serious water damage involving our floors & coverings (oak floor, carpets etc..) walls, furniture, beds and bedding.
Thankfully, my wife & I found Claims Assist online and, based on their reviews, we decided to contact them directly by phone. And now having received a very welcome and substantial financial settlement we are so very happy that we made that call to Claims Assist.
Indeed, my call was quickly answered by John himself who, from the outset, could not have been more helpful as he explained the whole process and what he would be doing on our behalf to ensure that we would be fully compensated for all that was damaged in our home.
Distance was no problem for John and he was with us at the very top of the country within a few days.
