Great variety of outlets I can buy vouchers for. Being able to buy Lidl, Aldi or Dunnes vouchers is what made me go for this card. As it’s all electronic I could use my vouchers straight away.

Based on what you've described, the issue may have happened on the retailer's side, since OptionsCard issues the card but the retailer's staff process the redemption in-store. We'd like to look into this and put it right.
Please email us at support@optionscard.ie with more detail on what happened, and we'll follow up directly. Most customers tell us redemption is straightforward, with clear step-by-step instructions included in the delivery email, so we want to understand what went differently here.

Not too handy
It's just that we can not select the exact amount we will spend in each gift card. So it will always have a remainder in each card I buy. And it's not too handy to buy gift cards from another gift card.

Hi Alison,
Sorry the redemption felt like a lot of forms. There's actually just one step: your name and the email address for the voucher. Four lines, filled in once, to convert your card into a voucher.
After that, you can spend the voucher in-store as many times as you like, no forms, no log-ins. We keep that one small step because it's the safest way to get the voucher to you, but we take your point about wanting it faster.

Easy to setup and efficient to use
Fast and simple to setup. Not a huge number of shops to choose from, but enough that you’ll find something to spend it on without too much issue. Also nice that you can apportion specific amounts to specific shops

Card doesn't add to Apple Wallet. Now my 500 Euro is stuck and I can't do anything. Customer services team aren't responding with solution.
