I had a fantastic experience with Daniel from Castle Fine Art. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing three Robert Oxley pieces for my new home.

From the very beginning, Daniel provided excellent guidance without ever being pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, helped me choose pieces that suited my space, and made the buying process smooth and enjoyable.

My home renovations were delayed, and Daniel was more than accommodating by arranging to safely store the artwork until I was ready. Once everything was complete, he ensured the delivery was prompt and hassle-free.

His professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service made the whole experience a pleasure. I highly recommend Daniel and Castle Fine Art to anyone looking to purchase artwork. Thank you for making this such an enjoyable experience!

we paid them in-full 74 days ago but "CASTLE" hasn't been able to coordinate signature delivery for my five paintings package as agreed-upon last spring

people were shipping boxes between England and America in the 1700s, hundreds of years ago, (without computers)

i'm not angry at all but our confidence level is ZERO and there are people working there daily to support their families, and yet their employer "CASTLE" can't complete a simple uncomplicated transaction after seventy-four days

too much time spent constantly fussing with technology and robots, leaving no time for focused cognitive problem solving to the benefit of their human customers who provide all the money which fuels all business activities

recently purchased several pieces of artwork from Castle Fine Art, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, and the artwork has exceeded all of my expectations. Every piece is beautifully presented and has transformed the look and feel of my home.

A special thank you goes to Rebecca at the Cardiff gallery, who provided exceptional customer service throughout the process. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the right artwork. Her advice and attention to detail made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

I’d also like to thank Tony, who came to my home to install the artwork. He did a fantastic job, taking great care to ensure every piece was positioned perfectly. His professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated, and the finished result looks amazing.

Overall, I am absolutely delighted with both the artwork and the exceptional service I received. I would highly recommend Castle Fine Art to anyone looking for beautiful artwork backed by a first-class customer experience.

Superb experience all round from the Leeds team. We bought two pieces and were lucky enough that the artist was doing an a small event so got to see the pieces and meet the artist. Amanda even took and shared some lovely pictures of our family whilst there. Luke was an excellent communicator throughout and Dan when delivering and installing our pieces was the definition of above and beyond. Couldnt recommend the whole process more highly.

Have bought several pieces from them and have always had excellent and thoughtful service. They came and installed the latest purchase and were happy to give me advice on several hanging issues. Would definitely use them again!

I have been a regular customer of Castle for a number of years now and thoroughly impressed with everything from start to finish and couldn’t recommend this company enough. Jonathan and Liam are unbelievably knowledgable of the art and artists they represent and make every visit a pleasurable and informative experience. Dan the technician, who came to install our pieces, did an excellent job, paying tremendous detail and offering great advice so that the pieces were positioned exactly right to get the very best from our new artwork.

I bought a stunning piece from Castle Fine Art a few years ago and experienced fantastic customer service at that time. I recently encountered a few framing/environmental issues that were not necessarily the responsibility of the company. However they could not have been more helpful. They went above and beyond to resolve the problem, at no expense to myself. I cannot recommend this company enough. (In addition, I asked them where best to promote my excellent customer service experience, unlike so many other companies!)

The art consultants at Castle Fine Art are very welcoming. Questions are answered patiently and comprehensively, whether in person; on the phone or by email. The installation is managed efficiently and the customer is kept informed of dates and times appropriately. Dan provided a professional installation. Luke, who helped me with the purchase in Leeds was also present. Great customer service.

Fantastic experience- Emailed with a request Dan went out of his way to source what I wanted. Kept me notified every step of the way. Can’t praise them enough. I have one happy daughter.

Another great experience with this company. I would definitely recommend them. I was looked after by Dan at their Birmingham branch. He kindly arranged for my piece to be quickly delivered to a different branch for easier pick up. All went smoothly and I was very happy.

We’ve purchased from Castle Fine Art previously and went back because we’ve been impressed both with their knowledge but also with the installation service. This time was no exception. Jason was super helpful with my final choice in the gallery and both Jason and Tony quick & professional with the installation service.

We wanted a piece of art for our newly decorated bedroom. We visited the gallery in Marlow where Ben helped us narrow the choices down to 3. He offered to bring all 3 pieces to our house to make the final choice. On the day, Ben arrived with Tony, and together they showed us each one in situ.
We selected the one we wanted and Tony then hung it on the wall. Excellent, friendly service, with no sales pressure. Recommended.

A lovely experience- Emma is lovely and gives an excellent service and the delivery and installation by Tony was also exceptional, making sure we were absolutely happy before he left, will definitely use the gallery and Tony again 😁

We have had wonderful service in London and Stratford upon Avon. We have bought several beautiful pieces of art and today Tony Church came to our new home to put them up, accompanied by the lovely Beth and Ines.
Very impressed and would strongly recommend.

Tony Church accompanied by Tia from Castle Fine Art installed quite a large Bob Dylan piece. Great care was taken to ensure it was perfectly placed and that we were throughly satisfied with the time spent on making sure the artwork was hung professionally and perfectly to our liking. The team also assisted in the repositioning of existing art work to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the purpose of the installation and the changes it encompassed. Both Tony and Tia were thoughtful and very respectful and we highly recommend their artwork and installation service.

I've been a customer of Customer Fine Art for over 15 years, and have purchased many pictures from their Bath Gallery. Their staff are fantastic - very friendly, loyal, polite, and helpful.
A few days ago all my pictures were installed in my home by Tony Church, and helped by James from the same gallery. All the pictures now look fantastic on my walls! Tony is a true expert, and he very carefully measured where he placed the pictures. He's a master craftsman and very knowledgeable about framing. This has now inspired me to buy more artwork from Castle Gallery in Bath, they have all become friends over the years, and I must also mention Karen and Peter who work there. They are all stars! Thank you Castle Gallery, you know how to look after your clients!

Sorry for the delay on my review, my grandmother had bought a piece and had an install the other day with 2 lovely gentlemen, Ryan and Nick, they were polite and so helpful with all her queries and went above and beyond with her install, it was really high up however they still managed to hang it.
