The Company didn’t confirm my reservation and gave me only 1/2 of the fees back. They said that I didn’t cancel on time, but I didn’t even know I was confirmed!
Furthermore they didn’t inform the property owner that I cancelled which contacted me asking what time I would have been at the property.
I was facing issues with activation my owner portal on CaseVacanza.
Elisa was very patient and was extremely helpfull. She answered all my querries and she guided me to activate my property owner account with out giving up.
Elisa is an asset to your company. I really appreciate her kindness.

And very single day dealt with some type of the problem that house contain. Here are some of them.
-Water turns off for 5 hours time to time
-Daily exposure to the mold!!!!!Every room, shelfs, cabinets, bathroom smells like dump. Camouflaged with air fresheners but as soon as you open doors moldy smell is out.
- Non of the sinks drains water! Had to use shower outside. ( it’s for the 5 stars hotel price that I payed)
-Let a long faucets that splash everywhere. Etc
And on top of that there is condescending, rude!!!! sarcastic sociopath secretary who not addressing the concerns from the people on a timely matter. She never responded to texts, calls. If we needed something we were told that we have to come to their office. Which unheard of!
If you want to have relaxing vacation. Please avoid case vacanze

Overall compared to other companies the service was not very good. I was travelling from the US to Southern Italy and when I sought help for final payment to the owner using my cc, they completely stepped out. The owner in my opinion was not very well represented at all. Payment was an issue and there was VERY LITTLE help offered by the staff to help resolve it. I am a frequent traveler and I can comfortably say that I personally Will never use this site compared to others again for travel and do not recommend it to others.

We explained to the owner how to allow you to pay via credit card but it seems that he wasn’t able to modify the method of payment. We’re not in charge of this kind of issues, because the method of payment is managed by the owner via Avaibook, our payment partner.
We’ve contacted the owner of the apartment after this review and he explained us that wasn’t able to modify the method of payment, so for negligence he didn’t contact us. Our customer service guided you through this period, via several mails and calls trying to explain you that it was all on the owner and we were not able to do something.
Luckily we know that you’ve been able to pay the owner of our holiday house, so it looks everything’s ok now.
