Once there is mutual interest in going forward with provided service, the procedure is very easy. The value was more than expected. The main email address to send information and pictures was a problem as there had been multiple delivery failures until provided by John the representative's email and direct phone number for calls/ texting.
Unfortunately in my circumstance the tow truck company was not very good with communication and required extra time and effort for insurance payment. Vehicle unable to be picked up until charges paid. Purposely to get additional money? Probably so. Not my or CarBrain's fault.
As everything cleared, vehicle was picked up in a timely manner. The salvage yard truck driver did not read full agreement message for meeting at tow lot to exchange vehicle title and keys for payment. Driver had to visit residence and complete transaction. The only thing I wanted from my vehicle was the license plate but no big deal.
Check was legit and cleared within 2 days after deposit.
Despite some missteps I would use CarBrain again in the future.

My experience went very smoothly. Olvin handled my inquiry and connected me with a reputable salvage dealer. I was able to sell my car to salvage and not worry about chasing down quotes myself and verifying business licenses and certifications. Car Brain made everything very easy. Olvin followed up with me to make sure everything went smoothly, too. It's not always the best feeling to junk your vehicle, but at least it was easy!
