My experience with Canva
As a beginner, I found Canva to be very easy to use for both video editing and poster design. The interface is simple and user-friendly, making it easy to learn. I really enjoyed creating designs and editing videos, and it made the whole creative process fun and enjoyable.

Outstanding Customer Support - They Helped Me Recover Over a Year of My Work
I had an exceptional experience with Canva Support, especially with Jed, who handled my case from start to finish.
I lost access to hundreds of designs after being removed from a Canva team that I later learned had been flagged as an illegal reseller. At first, I thought all of my work was gone forever.
Jed took ownership of my case, arranged a Zoom call, patiently listened to my situation, and coordinated with multiple internal teams to investigate possible solutions. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel like my case was being ignored.
After several days of internal coordination, Canva was able to provide a way for me to copy all of my designs back into my personal account. Recovering over a year of work was something I honestly thought would be impossible.
I'm incredibly grateful to Jed and everyone behind the scenes who helped make this happen. Their professionalism, empathy, and dedication turned a very stressful situation into a successful outcome.
This is one of the best customer support experiences I've ever had. Thank you, Canva, and a very special thank you to Jed!
