Everything about my 5-month stay here was smooth and hassle-free. The location is perfect for getting around, and having all the essential shops and spots right nearby made daily life very convenient.
The apartment was clean, modern, and felt like home from day one. I was particularly impressed with the management team, they were always helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with whenever I had a question. It was a great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others.

This company is very organized, professional, and friendly! My stay was amazing, i met wonderful people and any staff was very welcoming!

Great experience! Loved my apartment in Rato, very convenient and close to the metro!

Actual accommodations were very nice, always clean and furnished which was great!
Cleaning service was good and consistent!
Only bad thing I have to say is the land lords were too invasive of our personal space.
Never gave us notice before entering our apartment, or if there was notice it was 5 minutes notice, which I think legally it's mandatory to give 24hrs notice. And on top of that they would constantly make comments about the cleanliness of the apartment. I do understand we should always keep it clean, but it's our apartment and we don't need to be told how to maintain our house that we're paying for.

Excellent 4-6 bedroom Coliving operation in great locations throughout the city and well priced. I highly recommend them to you and your friends.

I’ve been living in this apartment in Saldanha for the past 9 months and overall it’s been a great experience. The location is really convenient, with transport, supermarkets, cafes, and everything you need close by.
The apartment is comfortable and well maintained, and whenever there was an issue, the team handled it quite quickly. Communication has also been smooth, which makes living here much easier. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Lisbon.

In my 6 months stay the good points were the location and the communication with the company.

But to start off the images online did not represent how the apartment truly looked. There were 3 bathrooms for a 9 bedroom apartment and two of them were so small you could not even sit normally on the toilets or turn around in the shower without touching the walls. I was promised to be housed with students only which later became untrue.

My room itself was fine but overpriced for what the apartment offered. And how the company calculated the prices for the different rooms did not make sense and some rooms were priced why higher just because the tenants booked it earlier.

The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages everything is super accessible, with great transport links, shops, and cafes nearby, which makes day-to-day life very convenient.

The apartment itself is well-maintained and comfortable, and any issues I’ve had were handled in a reasonable time by the team. Communication has generally been smooth, which makes a big difference when you’re staying long-term.

Like any place, there are always small areas that could be improved, but overall I’ve had a positive experience and would recommend it to someone looking for a well-located place in Lisbon.

Overall, I had a good experience with Coolivin.

Communication was smooth. I booked the room about three months in advance, and everything went well. When I arrived, someone from Coolivin was there to greet me, show me around the flat, and help me settle into my room.
The flat was very clean, and a cleaning service came once or twice a week to take care of the common areas.
They communicated with us via WhatsApp, which was convenient and easy to use. They were also very responsive, answering quickly whenever I sent a message. For example, I had an issue with my blinds that wouldn’t open, and they came the next day to fix it, which I really appreciated.

However, I feel that the price is excessive for what’s provided. I was paying €950 per month, all charges included, for a room in a six-bedroom flat. I know prices are high in Lisbon, but I still think this is too much for just a single room.

I encountered two main issues with Coolivin in the flat I as in (Saldanha #4)

1. All rooms had a high humidity level, leading to mold on the ceiling of my room. I asked if I could have a dehumidifier, but they said the only solution they could offer was to repaint the ceiling.
2. When I arrived at the apartment, I noticed there was no duvet on my bed, even though it was listed as included in the room description. I informed them immediately, but they explained they were having issues with their laundry service, and no duvets were available. They only managed to provide one four days later, and it was quite cold since it was February. I was disappointed that they didn’t make more of an effort to find a solution sooner.

In the end, I enjoyed my stay with Coolivin and would recommend them.

I had an amazing experience.
I've stayed almost 3 months in Marquês de Pombal apartment. Super clean, cozy and i had all the support i needed during this time.
Also, the apartment has a good bed, good shower and good kitchen stuff.

I lived in a beautiful flat in Saldanha (Saldanha #3) with all new furniture and good kitchen eqipment. Booking was very convenient as well as the contact to the agency. Worth the price.

Overall great experience. Rented a room for 4 months while studying in Lisbon and can recommend it to everybody who is looking for a big and clean room!

I had a great stay. I was there about 3 weeks. The location was nice and the street is very calm and quiet. The place was clean and the management was quick to reply to me. The wifi was fast and worked well. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with my experience in one of coolivin's apartements. I stayed for one year in one of the rooms at Principe Real and I really enjoyed it. The location is amazing, one of the best in the city, the neighborhood quite and bright. Also, coolivin's team is available and attentive to the issues and requests I had.

The flat was super nice, very modern and well equipped. The staff always helped us out when we needed something or something had to be fixed. However, it’s a little overpriced but therefore I lived with very nice other Erasmus Students!
