Thanks for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that you don’t appreciate our products.

Here are a few tips to help you use our products.
Deodorant: To apply our deodorant easily, you can apply the stick deodorant first on your skin (on your forearm for example) for the product to slightly melt to make it easier to apply. If necessary, you can also run it under warm water for a couple of seconds for the product to melt a bit.
Cream: To easily apply our cream, warm it up in your hands by rubbing it between your palms for a few seconds. When it starts melting, you can gently apply the excess cream on your skin or hair. Don't forget to store it in a sterilised jar with a lid and (an old jam jar for example). This will prevent it from getting hard and drying!
Toothpaste: We are sorry to hear that you don't appreciate our new toothpaste packaging. We've spent a long time looking for an alternative to our previous plastic container, which could be both zero waste and practical. This isn't easy for our powdered format! Here is our tutorial to use it: http://si-creative.fr/comme-avant/tuto_dentifrice_poudre_saliere_en.mov I can assure you that we take into consideration our clients' feedback. If you can't use our shaker format, we recommend pouring some powder into another container (a small glass jar for example) to avoid any waste. You can refill it as you use it. Please note that you can also directly buy our powdered toothpaste refills that are sold in 100g and 250g bags with reduced rates. With regards to the powder, it does take some time to get used to as our product is completely different from what you could find elsewhere.
Shampoo: you should give it a try! Our products don’t contain any essential oils or perfume. Our products’ smell comes from the raw ingredients. The smell can surprise to start with, especially if you used to use perfumed products.
Soap: our soap isn’t a « Savon de Marseille ». Unlike « Savon de Marseille", which uses various oils, our soap only contains olive oil and is made through cold saponification.

Here are a couple of tips to use it. To apply our deodorant easily, you can apply the stick deodorant first on your skin (on your forearm for example) for the product to slightly melt to make it easier to apply. If necessary, you can also run it under warm water for a couple of seconds for the product to melt a bit.

To avoid our deodorant from marking your clothes, just wait a couple of minutes between applying the deodorant (a small quantity is enough) and putting your clothes on. If your clothes are already stained, we are sorry about this. However, you can clean white clothes with percarbonate, this should solve this issue. For black or dark clothes, you can wash them at 40°C in your machine. If the stains don't go away, you can add soda crystals in your machine, this will remove any grease. We hope this helps, let us know if it works!

If you weren’t using a natural deodorant beforehand, your body will need some time to get used to our deodorant. Your body will regulate itself within 7 to 10 days, as your body's natural methods to eliminate toxins won’t be blocked anymore. After this adjustment period, your body will regain its rights and our deodorant will protect you normally.
