I use lipsticks and blusher and really like them! Both stay long during the day and i feel so confident because of the ingredients.

I placed the order on June 21st and received it on June 29th.

I checked the package as soon as I received it and contacted customer service immediately.

The pump on the mosquito repellent spray I ordered was completely broken; it couldn't be pressed down and therefore wouldn't spray. So I sent a video of the problem to customer service, and they said they would send me a working pump.

They placed a €0 order on June 30th and told me they would send me a working pump.

Today is July 7th, and I still haven't received any tracking information. I contacted them, and they told me that the reason I haven't received tracking information is because they haven't shipped the goods at all, which I find very confusing.

After a long wait, all I got was the response: "Because it hasn't been shipped yet."

There was no indication of when it would be shipped, which left me extremely confused.

Perhaps their products are truly exceptionally good, but I'm utterly bewildered by their handling of damaged products. It's astonishing; I'm shocked.

Let me see when I'll finally receive a working pump from this damaged item.

Update:
Finally, I received a new one with a functional pump on 24th July.

I have received a alternative pump on 10th July, which cannot work as well. After communicating with the customer service, They told me that maybe it wasn't the pump that was the problem, but rather the bottle of mosquito repellent they sent me. So they sent me a new link to track my new parcel.

On 24th July, I received my new parcel and tested that the new bottle and the pump work perfectly. So I conducted the following test:

I inserted the two pumps I had received before into this newly received bottle, and they both failed to work. However, when I removed the pump from this newly received bottle and put it into the bottle I had received before, it worked. So the problem was that I had received two unusable pumps.

Therefore, I revised my rating from 1 to 4 stars because I received the product and the ingredients were indeed very clean.

I experienced no allergic reactions during use. I highly recommend it to people with high standards for ecological and natural products.

The products are great but why does shipping take so long within France?

The products are 100% natural, attention to the client is high and the reaction to problem solving is fast. The delivery is well organised and fast as well.

Well well well, I’m as skeptical as they come when it comes to this type of product but oh my am I impressed!!! I ordered the essentials Bag with shampoo, deodorant, soap, teeth powder and the body cream, all products were amazing!! They also sent me a hair conditioner for free which is amazing left my hair silky smooth!! I was really not expecting these products to be this good considering they are all natural ingredients!! I will definitely be going back for more and won’t be spending another cent on the trash full of chemicals that we get from the normal shop!!
A BIG thank you to this company to finally prove me that it can be done with all natural ingredients!! I totally recommend 100%!! Love love love

I am finding it hard to smooth the cream block on to myself. It seems to be coming off in clumps rather than smoothly going on to my skin.

J'ai commandé sans faire attention que le déo solide était en rupture et j'ai reçu mes produits bien après avoir pris l'avion !!!

We’ve been using the argan oil shampoo for a while now so were a little nervous to try it’s replacement.
No need! It’s even better, lighter, easier to lather and to rinse.
5 stars as always.

I like the shampoo and conditioner bars so much! They tame my unruly hair and make it so soft!

Regular customer here. First feedback here and because you guys deserve it, I have known the brand from facebook bought my first solid shampoo because I was alerted by my girlfriend about the chemicals of supermarket and I have thick hair, I want to keep it strong and healthy.
I bought 500g in my first order and after that another one come now the v2 version is even better and more easy to use. If you are a guy like me with short hair it would cost you less than the premium shampoos from supermarket plus its better for your hair and health.
I absolutely recommend this to everyone!

The new formula with hazelnut is easier to use, foams better and the bar stays drier in between washes. The effect on my fine hair seems pretty much the same as the original formula but I've only used it a few times so far.
