Read small print.
So, this year I did not use the web page, it was an automated renewal. But was a bit miffed to find out that IF there is any damage or theft, that I have to pay up front and claim back. When I was sold the policy, I was given the distinct impression that the car rental would be contacted directly by yourselves to resolve any issues. So I’ve renewed this year, but won’t be next for that reason.

Excellent experience!
Well priced and when we had an issue were the car hire company charged us for a sratched alloy the process for reclaiming was simple and easy and we even got back more than I had claimed as I didn't know the car hire company had charged us an admin fee as they didn't send an invoice for this and the costs were in euros, but because Cover4 were told about it by Goldcar they paid us this back also. Can't fault them!

Exceptional hassle free service.
I was hesitant at the start putting in my claim having never had to before; but unfortunately my rental car was damaged whilst parked.
The rental company provided me with all the documents required to submit a claim and the process with Cover4Rentals was very straight forward. I received verification that my claim had been accepted within the allotted time, and i can expect payment in 3-5 working days.
Really easy to contact too with regards to progress of the claim which I’m grateful for too.
The price can’t be argued with for multi-trip cover. It pays for itself after one use.
