Abuse of free labor - And fabric support

Inaction in fixing identity verification errors (resulting in inability to access projects or current compensation).
No support channel and virtually no support ticketing system.
Waited a month for support with no results.
In short: this is a scam company, abuse of free labor.

Update:
Got this reply from Mindrift:
---
(14:32:51) Tim: Hello! Tim here from the Support Team. I'll check your request right away.
(14:35:17) Tim: Thank you for reaching out.

We have reviewed the documents you submitted for account verification. Unfortunately, the verification was not successful.

Possible reasons for verification failure include:

* Significant mismatch between profile information (name, date of birth) and document details (only minor spelling differences are acceptable)
* Document type not accepted by our verification provider
* Expired document
* Account holder appears to be under 18 years of age
* Document shows signs of alteration
----

Addendum: The 3-Minute "Verification" Sham

Your "support" is a performance. Tim responded at 14:32:51; by 14:35:17, three minutes, you had already "reviewed" documents and manufactured five contradictory rejections. This is not verification; this is a pre-written denial script to block wage claims.

Let me dismantle your fabricated excuses:

"Name mismatch": My profile displays only my full name. There is nothing to mismatch.
"Document type not accepted": Vietnamese National ID Card is standard government-issued identification. Your provider's incompetence is not my liability.
"Expired": Valid until 2042. Basic reading comprehension failure.
"Under 18": The DOB is clearly visible. Your provider needs glasses, not an excuse to steal wages.
"Signs of alteration": It was live verification. Real-time capture cannot be "altered."

The Reality

You never intended to verify anything. This obstacle course was deployed after I demanded payment, a transparent tactic to shift blame onto workers for your theft.

Final Notice
When I request verification, it means you should sit down with me and clarify the issue together, not come to a conclusion after 3 minutes.
Your "support" exists solely to generate pretexts for wage withholding. I am documenting this entire exchange for labor authorities, payment processors, and public disclosure.

Red flag

Using free labor, locking accounts without clear reason, and then failing to pay workers. This scam company constitutes a legitimate reason for initiating legal proceedings.

Here's the feedback I received from Outlier:

They:
After reviewing your account, we found evidence of activity that violated our Terms of Use, including cheating.
The response is evasive and factually dishonest.

1. The "Violation" Timeline Exposes Your Fraud

You claim "cheating" during work, yet your own email states the issue was "during the screening assessments", an event that occurred before I received any tasks or worked for you. You are retroactively applying screening results to withhold payment of completed labor. This is deliberate wage theft, not policy enforcement.
This is the original text of email: "Our systems identified the use of unauthorized assistance, external resources, or prohibited tools during the screening assessments."

2. Payment Evasion Confirmed

You cite "You will receive payment for any outstanding balance in your account during the next payment cycle. Payment is processed weekly on Tuesdays and, depending on your method of payment, may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account." promises while ignoring the reality: June 18, 2026 to present = zero payment received. Your vague "weekly Tuesday" claims are stall tactics. I have fulfilled my obligations; you have breached yours.

Conclusion

Your "violation" narrative is a pretext to extract free labor. The pattern is clear: mass recruitment, fabricated disqualifications, payment avoidance.

This constitutes wage theft and fraudulent inducement. I am escalating and will pursue all available remedies including small claims litigation, chargebacks, and public disclosure of your practices.

Final demand: Immediate payment of all outstanding wages within 48 hours.
