Can’t provide a new Sunmi device despite it overheating, glitching and being super slow. Just because I don’t have a video of the glitch? Super long wait time as well. Started contacting at around 17:40 to get response hours apart up to 21:00. Like yes of course I can provide a video of the glitch when it happens at rushes! Yes I have the time to whip out a phone and record the glitch when I’m desperately trying to find a way to accept the new order
