They should be investigated
I think they may be a cover up for some illegal activity.
I've received more than 10 packages from them over the years and only them, of the hundreds of deliveries I receive all the time, manage to deliver my stuff to a different building every single time, and it's not even the same wrong building, they choose it at random, and they don't leave it on the street where I could retrieve it, they go all the way of buzzing to someone, getting inside the wrong building and locking my parcels in. It's CLEARLY on purpose at this point. My theory is that they are covering up for something shady, like taking money from the government by employing mentally disabled people/immigrants who literally can't read the addresses, or something like instructing delivery people to make mistakes on purpose to get 1 star reviews and tax write-off losses while laundering money.
Statistically speaking, ineptitude alone can't explain the constant error rate, authorities should absolutely investigate this business.
Avoid it like the plague
