Issues still ongoing

Hopefully will get sorted out before too long

Bought cube last summer
All good
Made the mistake of adding rain cover
Expensive and very thin
On its own over just a few months it has torn to shreds.
Had to purchase a good quality one elsewhere cheaper
Furniture fine but beware of the covers

Goods never received. Can only contact by chat line. Rude. Cut you off. Keep you waiting for long periods.
Have kept money but cannot explain why goods have not arrived.
