The garage went above and beyond, when dealing with my initial erroneous order and me tuning up an hour late for the tyre fitting. They displayed great patients and understanding and were most accommodating. Thank you.

Fast service tyres arrived at the installation garage and I had them fitted, I was a little disappointed to find the DOTs on the two tyres I ordered didn't match, they weren't that far apart but it would have been better to have received them from the same batch, this has given me doubts about placing my next order at I will need them all to have the same date but there doesn't seem to be a way to request this

Good price and overall good service. No delays from the appointment time so ordering seamless. Fitting shop didn’t have all the bells and whistles of larger firms however the chap was polite, friendly and did the job.

Great experience with this company offered hubby a cuppa and a chair while he waited Great job and fab price thank you

Absolutely disgraceful — 20 years of loyalty gone

I have used Asda Tyres for around 20 years and recommended them to friends and family. After this experience, I will never use them again.

I booked two front tyres to be fitted on Friday at a local garage and made arrangements around that appointment. Then, at 8am on the morning of the fitting, I was informed that the garage couldn’t fit them because they apparently didn’t have time.

It’s two tyres — yet Asda Tyres couldn’t provide the service I had booked and paid for.

I immediately asked Asda Tyres to arrange an alternative garage. Their solution? Monday. Completely useless to me, as I needed the tyres fitted by Sunday because I’m going away.

What makes this even worse is that Asda Tyres were perfectly happy to take my money instantly, but after cancelling the arrangement and failing to provide the service, they tell me I could have to wait up to six days to get my money back.

So they can take my money immediately, cancel my booking at the last minute, leave me without the tyres I need, offer no suitable alternative, and then expect me to wait nearly a week for my own money back.

Absolutely unacceptable.

After 20 years as a customer, this is how they choose to treat me. I have lost all confidence in Asda Tyres and will not recommend them to anyone ever again.

20 years of loyalty thrown away because they couldn’t fulfil a tyre fitting they had already arranged.
Dont waste your time. Walk into a garage its cheaper anyway.
Disgraceful customer service. Avoid.

Very efficient smooth transaction

Not much point offering tyres available for delivery if you dont actually have the tyres. Far too many people involved. The tyre fitter couldnt fit the tyres because the supplier didnt have the tyres I ordered even though they were showing available online. No one contacted me until I started chasing for an update of arrival time on the day of fitting. I was travelling south the following day. I will never use or recommend Asda tyres again. Never has this experience with Black circle tyres.

Put the reg in, tyre choice presented with really easy navigation. Will 100% use this again

Very easy to order from a wide selection of tyres and was able to match up the tyres I required.
Had email to confirm order and was able to choose a time slot for fitting.
My order was sent through to a local fitter DGT Wheels and Tyres in Basildon who were excellent.

And this has got to be the best. I read an article in Which? Magazine telling me about the excellent value for money that KUMHO tyres represented but my tyre factory was not offering them, so I asked Google. I must live in a bubble because the last place I would look for tyres would be at ASDA! I got exactly the tyres I wanted, at an excellent price and the fitting was all arranged for me, by ASDA online with my order, AND at my own tyre factory locally!

Made an appointment and paid through Asda tyres. Less than three hours before the appointment, the garage called saying they had emailed Asda Tyres first thing the day before saying they couldn't fulfil the appointment and as Asda had not got back to them they were letting me know. I raised two ticket requests online through Asda and received no reply. When I called today they said there was no contact received from either the garage or myself and there were no faults on their system. Customer service poor and I suggest you use other companies to avoid disappointment.

Had two front tyres fitted.The staff very friendly. The tyres where fitted in 30 minutes and they had a number of vehicles coming in and out,well done!Regarding payment I use PayPal service as we know tyres and materials expensive and can spread the cost ,depending what paypal you use ,interest free in three payments or paypal credit.I particularly attracted to Asda tyres as they offer this service many companies do not.They even do mobile fitting also,very easy to do,you pick your tyres order,that's it.Rember people! Tyres and brakes only thing that keep you on the road,think of your loved ones ,we fit premium tyres,no remoulds part worn, your life at end of the day!end of sermon be safe!Thank you Asda Tyres and F1 Westwood Cross.

Fitted at my usual shop at a great price

Utter waste of time. 20 mile round trip to be told the tyres hadn't been delivered.
Tried ringing customer services but no answer. Tried online chat on 2 phones and 2 computers but it wouldn't work on any of them so left with emailing and hoping for a response.
Their website says 'We take care of everything for you so you don't need to call ahead of your arranged fitting.' but clearly that isn't the case.

The total cost is cheap. But garage said tyres are not arrived. When I called Asda tyres they said they will find out with supplier. There is no system to find out all details. Wate of time. To save pennies whole day will be waste .

Have used Asda tyres a few times now besides the fact you save so much you get the chance to select a decent fitter. Superb service

Very efficient experience bought and fitted within 48 hours.
