A limited company BTL case was recently placed with Leeds. It was the first one I had placed with Leeds and the process was quick and efficient. Sophie was my underwriter and she made sure she requested everything that was required but didn't ask stupid questions and gave me a call after each review. Positive outcome and impressed with the service.

I simply called today to inform LMS that they had received the offer and not yet sent it to the appropriate solicitor, I wasn't after any information as I know I probably wont be registered on the account as a broker but I spoke to a member of staff who was very rude.

I cannot fault Molo in the slightest, quick turnaround times. I have had Kimberley as an underwriter on numerous occasions and the whole process has been very straight forward!

Jo Field my business development manager is a superstar! No problem is too big for Jo and if I have a case where there is a bit of an issue she's always quick to get it resolved and if I have a new case she always has time to go through it. What an asset to Kensington!

This was my first experience with Gen H and we had an issue with the valuation initially and felt no one was really trying to help. However the following day we were advised of some additional documents that would be needed and we managed to obtain these and the mortgage has now offered. The system was really easy to use and after the initial issue was resolved they have been on the ball. Hopefully its the same going forward. :)

Kensington were amazing. I had a client who thought he wouldn’t be able to get on the property ladder at this present time. My BDM and the staff communicated with us and got a fairly quick offer.
