Turned it around
This was my first experience with Gen H and we had an issue with the valuation initially and felt no one was really trying to help. However the following day we were advised of some additional documents that would be needed and we managed to obtain these and the mortgage has now offered. The system was really easy to use and after the initial issue was resolved they have been on the ball. Hopefully its the same going forward. :)
