I am really enjoying the course

I am really enjoying the course and I feel I have learned a lot. Just one thing, there is no access to publications on the online library so I had to buy some books myself.

While the materials in the Online Learning Centre provide a strong foundation, independent research is also an important part of professional development. There is no obligation to purchase additional books, but many students find a variety of resources helpful in developing their knowledge and creative practice.

I ordered the wrong colour initially…

I ordered the wrong colour initially and I was able to return this and Roches sent me on a better colour match. The customer service was excellent both my email and phone. I very much appreciate being able to ring and talk to a member of staff and request a different cour. The returns procedure is excellent.
