My parcel was delivered to the wrong house. An honest mistake, same address, different town/ eircode. Customer service was very quick to reply and refer it on to the appropriate departments. Collection was organised and I received my parcel.

It was a Friday and I was going on holidays on the Sunday. To be able to get a prescription was such a relief. Without this service I would be hoping to get a GP appointment ( impossible to get on the day)/having to use an out of hours clinic/ urgent care clinic. This service took the stress out of the situation. It was straight forward. Filled the form, waited for it to be reviewed and prescription was sent to my chosen pharmacy the same day. Communication was good, was kept updated with emails.

It's a gift for my 11 year old son. He is delighted with it. He is 5ft 5 (165cm) and this fits him well. He likes hoodies a little baggy, I had previously bought him a child's size 12-13 and it was too small. His 10 year old brother ( 151cm/ nearly 5ft) wears that one, its a big baggy on him but that's how he likes it. Delivery is quick. Communication is good.

Communication is always good. Always deliver when they say they will. Our local DPD driver Dave does a great job.

Parcels always arrive in the time frame we have been told. Normally Dave delivers to us and he his always pleasant and professional. Recently we had a delivery when we wernt home. He left it in a safe place outside. When he saw that the parcel was still there the next day he dropped it into a neighbour. Always a great service with DPD and Dave does a great job.
