NOT WORTH THE STRESS

After receiving the self impression product, it’s been a disaster trying to get the correct impressions.

The second stuff you put in the first impression to get the second impression, there’s not enough of this and goes everywhere. The impression stuff goes to hard to quick so your forced quickly to get your teeth impressions quickly which means it won’t be accurate.

It tuck for me to email the company to get a response in the WhatsApp business account as they state they will check the impression asap before sending them in.

There’s no confident feel when doing this yourself as you feel rushed and end up disappointed.

Basically within minutes you feel like it was a very bad idea and it’s worth sticking to your own teeth as you have done forever anyways.

COMPLETELY MISS-LEAD AND ROBBED

So I tuck out a 2 year warranty for my vehicle, It was made fully clear that I would be covered for any mechanical issues even though my vehicle was only part service history.
I still wasn’t convinced that if I claimed for an engine issue for example that the service history would still be an issue and decline an engine issue claim, so I contacted Josh again who seemed trustworthy over the phone, requesting some extra reassurance that no matter what I claimed for that I would be covered even with part service, so he emailed me with the reassurance and confirmation explaining as long as I had the vehicle serviced within a year of taken out the warranty there would be no issues whatsoever.

So when I received an email with documents to confirm the warranty was active it stated about full service history to the manufacturer guidelines would have to have been followed in result of a claim, so I contacted customer service the woman I spoke with specifically confirmed that if I claimed for anything in relation to an engine fault that I would NOT be covered without full service manufacturer guidelines being followed, so I cancelled the warranty and requested a refund of the first payment, she said I would receive a check by post, by the time someone got in touch and processed the cancellation it was over the 14 day cancellation period, so they purposely waited until after this time to process the cancellation so that they wouldn’t have to refund the first payment which proves that this company is NOT the best warranty company in the UK by a considerable amount, I have lost money from being giving false reassurance and giving different information and advice from different departments within the company.
They are claiming they cancelled the warranty because of lack of service history, well if that’s the case why did they give me a warranty in the first place!!!! To take advantage of peoples vulnerability it seems.
Actually I cancelled it myself as I will not be robbed blind by a misleading false information warranty company.

In reply to your reply, I was clearly informed that the 14 day cooling off period started from the date the warranty goes active which was on the 1st of June and when I contacted your customer service after receiving the now live documentation on the 12th the woman assistant clearly mentions I was within the cooling off period since the warranty went live on the 1st. And that my warranty wouldn’t cover any engine faults which was not the case according to Josh who assured me when taken out the warranty that as longs I could provide service within 1 year then I would definitely be covered but I actually wasn’t, if I was told the actual correct information in the first place I wouldn’t of proceeded and we wouldn’t be here. Later on the same evening I received a call from another department by a fine gentleman aiming for me to keep the warranty going, but he understood with the miss-lead information I was giving about the service guidelines that I wasn’t convinced I’d be fully covered for all faults. He confirmed he would put a request for a refund to be issued via check seems though I cancelled my card so you wouldn’t take anymore payments.

Can I ask you a question, if I had put a claim in before the active go live date would I of been covered? Well the answer is no obviously because the warranty isn’t active. So why does your company include this time before the go live dates as a cooling off period? Really?

What I’ve learned from your company is the information is not fully 100% accurate in the first place nor clear enough on the 14 day cooling off period which leads to complications down the line as with myself and different departments contradict each others information and terms. Also the company takes forever to get cancelled products confirmed, maybe to wait after the 14 day period who knows!

Your good will refund offer isn’t good enough for the head aches you’ve giving me and it’s not for right reasons anyways that’s why I wouldn’t be accepting this dreadful way of getting me to remove this review WHICH IS 100% accurate by the way.. was never going to happen, customers deserve to know the sneaky moves within this company.

Good afternoon Carl,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm genuinely sorry to hear that you are so unhappy.

I hope to provide some clarity surrounding your concerns.

While I understand your vehicle had a part service history, our standard warranty terms—outlined in the agreement documents—do state that full service history in line with manufacturer guidelines is typically required to validate certain repairs, especially for major components such as the engine. The Terms also state that if your vehicle has incomplete service history when joining us, you should bring this fully up to date immediately.

With reagrds to the cancellation, I can see that the request to cancel was raised outside of the 14-day cooling off period. As a result, no refund was due at the time of cancellation.

Despite the above, we did offer to refund the payment as a discretionary gesture of goodwill. I am sorry you did not wish to accept this.

Regards,

Warrantywise.

EXTREMELY POOR HOPE AND HELP

Basically I had no other options or help available from the experience I had purchasing a Ford fiesta what’s ment to be the most reliable hatchback car ever, think again, this one needed a new engine after just 40+ thousand miles. The company I purchased it from said they’d recently serviced it and handed me headed paper which turns out to be a fake cause there’s nothing showing up on the data base of any service taken place.
The ombudsman service come back to me and basically said in clear easy terms…
I AM TO BLAME FOR THE ENGINE FAILURE DUE TO THE SERVICE REQUIREMENTS NOT BEEN REACHED

Yes I put a lot of miles on the car in the short 10 months I had it but so what you buy a car to drive not sit on the drive everyday!!
Also if I was clearly made aware of the time left to service the car wouldn’t I just do it like anyone else would!! Its clear I wasn’t made aware cause I was being sold a dodgy car because why did they say they recently serviced the car at the same time as they put an MOT on it but they actually didn’t!!!

I had to pay over £3000 for an engine using my credit cards so now I have to cope with making extra payments on top of the finance payments every month aside all my other bills.

Do you think the ombudsman can actually see reasonable genuine customers being miss sold cars I don’t think so.
Do we think the ombudsman has the power to help genuine people with families by the way who work hard for a living with disabilities to find right fair help and support.

I DON’T THINK SO!!!

LEFT IN DEVASTATION

I’d like to share my full experience with this company so that it may help other genuine buyers make extra careful decisions in choosing car finance companies and prevent being sold a faulty vehicle and been left in possibly the worst car financial situation ever.
I purchased a vehicle with 25000 miles back in April 2024 then ten month later a light come on the dash whilst driving and the vehicle cut out.
During experiencing the fault with the vehilce I first thought it wouldn’t be that major but what I was told was absolutely shocking, the garage I had it recovered to said after a diagnostics there is a misfire in the third cylinder and no compression, I said what does that mean they said it’s the engine it’s done it needs replacing, couldn’t believe what I was being told, I only had the car for 10 months and it’s only done 47000 miles how can a 2021 ford fiesta STLINE X EDITION MHEV need an engine!! Maybe it was to do with being an ex hire car!! I found out that the car was actually indeed an ex rental hire car within airports and was owned by ALAMO ENTERPRISE NATIONAL, it couldn’t get any worse but it did the service history from the garage I got wasn’t genuine which lead to the 12 month free warranty they offered to be void and completely misleading and false reassurance, I was in shock and still in shock now to have found out i had been sold a vehicle that was an ex rental vehicle, at this point I knew Id be completely done over, maybe the garage knew it had engine problems and that’s why they weren’t clear about the next warranty millage service and just told me the next service due is the following year which was one year making me think that the recent service on the advert was correct but it wasn’t cause it was one year ago, I had no idea that the vehicle I was buying was an ex rental, there was no information in the advert stating this, which alone is scandalous, if I was made fully aware of this vehicles history I would not of lucked at it no body would. Surely ex rental hire vehicles have less value than on the market and at the time of purchasing it was higher than most similar make and models with similar millage so the price wasn’t genuine either.
Finally I managed to figure out a way to contact the rental company by lucking up the vendor on this printed headed paper I was giving from the selling garage what was supposed to be a service invoice, which had no information other than millage and date, according to the vendor no service was ever carried out. The trader has no other information either which suggests wasn’t legit.
Also It said 1 owner on the advert but 2 owners was on the V5 which a didn’t realise until the fault happened.
It said 2 keys but there was only one key on collection and it was crossed out on the paper they give me and wrote only one key. Thought that was weird at the time but got £100 towards another but now realise that was just another shifty move in offloading their faulty vehicles from ex rental auctions.
There was an empty tank on collection so had stress trying to find a fuel garage near by. Not what you expect collecting your new vehicle for the next 5 years or so.
Infact I returned the car within a couple of days cause the side skirt started hanging off thought that was unusual for a 3 year old vehicle at the time with apparently just 25000 miles!!
I then put all this evidence to the finance company who kept coming back with excuses talking around the evidence as if they have no intentions of offering any support, you’d think they’d want to help with technically owning the vehicle, but I have been left with a vehicle needing an engine with still over 4 years of payments, who wants that on their mind at night!! I’ve been unable to work during the past 3-4 weeks and have lost earnings. Been unable to sleep properly knowing the finance company have done absolutely nothing and left me in one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had buying a vehicle.
I chose this finance company based on reviews and APR rate but when you end up with a 4 year old fiesta with low millage and in need of an engine with no support after just 10 months of driving it, says it all really. It’s such a risky company who will talk around the evidence for themselves regardless of how customers feel after being completely robbed and left to find a way through it all on your own.
As I write this honest review the vehicle is at a garage needing an engine and have no ways of paying for it, I haven’t slept well for over two weeks it’s affected my mental health and have been left to deal with being robbed on my own.
PLEASE TAKE CARE CHOOSING THIS COMPANY AS THERE ARE HIDING RISKS WHICH UNFORTUNATELY ONESELF HAS FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY
I HAVE REPLIED WITH THE INFORMATION REQUESTED IN THE REPLY ON THIS REVIEW AND HEARD NOTHING BACK
I HAVE BORROWED £2950 FROM MY FAMILY TO HAVE THE ENGINE REPLACED THANK YOU AGAIN ZOPA

THE WORST CAR SALES COMPANY IN THE NORTH EAST

My Experience With CarSuperMarket

There were no car mats in the car.
There was only one key when two keys was advertised which after complaining for days they eventually give up and offered £100 towards a new one to hush me up. The advertisement was tuck down pretty fast as soon as I collected the car Infact weird.
Fuel light was on at time of collection and didn’t know the area to find a garage which caused stress and head aches driving around for ages worrying I was going to end up on the side of the road with the tank literally on empty.
The one year free warranty is misleading and worthless it’s just a big con, it needs to be read thoroughly before thinking it’s enough reassurance for the first year owning the vehicle, costs are still required upfront on any investigations carried out and won’t proceed without payments upfront no matter your circumstances at home or work purposes. They basically couldn’t care at all.
The car had engine issues during the first year at high revs when reaching upto 65-70 MPH which at that time I thought well I have one year free warranty so I didn’t worry about it but again what a load of false reassurance the warranty was as it turned out to be a misfire on the third cylinder which required long investigation once it give up on the A19 and caused all sorts of issues on that day, I just thought what was I thinking when I carried on driving home with no reassurance in the car company or the car itself, other than I needed a car at the time.. never ever again!
Customer service isn’t good either in fact they pass you about hoping you give up waiting like an idiot and hang up the phone.
They are just another typical car sales company who are nice to your face but have no care in the world once you’ve turned your back and drive away with one of their dodgy cars, it’s absolutely clear to me after my experience with that dreadful company that they only have one priority, selling cars whatever it takes! No matter what happens! I currently have the vehicle on their premises sat their waiting for my finance company to contact them as they are refusing to go any further without £350 upfront, it’s clear the issue is mechanical so should be covered under their own one year free dodgy misleading warranty so why do they want money up front!! Are they searching for issues for the cause to be wear and tear is that why it’s taken so long so they don’t have to use their worthless warranty and get me to pay!!
The company is just a waste of anybody’s time who genuinely just want a decent car and has no regard for people’s situations and work priorities. What’s the problem with the company why don’t they just do the right thing by finding the issues and repairing the vehicle and go from there rather than drag it out for weeks and cause us more problems.

I HAVE JUST BEEN NOTIFIED THAT THE CAR NEEDS A NEW ENGINE AFTER JUST TEN MONTHS AND 47000 MILES NO WONDER THEY FOUND A WAY TO VOID THE POINTLESS FREE 12 MONTHS WARRANTY AND THEN TO FIND OUT IT WAS AN EX RENTAL HIRE CAR FOR AN AIRPORT HOW MANY OTHER CARS ARE EX RENTALS AND HAVE BEEN RAGGED AROUND WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL TO GENUINE CUSTOMERS INCREDIBLE SUSPICIOUS COMPANY ROBBING CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT THEY DID NOT SERVICE THE VEHICLE FOR A REASON TO ENSURE THE WARRANTY WAS VOIDED AS THEY KNEW FINE WELL THE ENGINE WAS WAS ON ITS WAY OUT SNEAKY COMPANY CARSUPERSCAMMERS

FOR MORE EVIDENCE TO BACK UP MY REVIEW THERE ARE OTHER REVIEWS MENTIONING MILLAGE ISSUES SO ITS NOT JUST WITH THE VEHICLE I PURCHASED ITS WITHIN OTHER VEHICLES ON THIRE WEBSITE AND REMEMBER NOT TO TRUST THE FREE 12 MOTHNS WARRANTY ITS JUST TO CATCH THE ATTENTION OF MORE GENUINE BIYERS FOR FASLE REASSURANCE SO THEY WILL CONSIDER THERE RISKY VEHICLES DON’T FORGET TO SAVE FOR AN ENGINE BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM!!!

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you do not feel satisfied with the service that you have received and we thank you for making us aware of this. It is our understanding that the service department are currently waiting for copies of the service history, as it appears that the vehicle has completed over 30,000 miles since the last service. Once this has been received, the team will then be able to submit a warranty claim on your behalf. HARD TOUGH CORNERS DIGGING IN

I purchased a simba hybrid pillow in January and within 2 weeks I noticed my sleep become uncomfortable using this pillow I was waking up during the night having to switch pillows, the corners seem to have hardened up and feels like tough bumps right around the edge of the corners and they were digging into my front and sides as I’m a front sleeper and tend to hug my pillows a lot but I thought I’d give it more time with being a new pillow but in doing this cost me to run past the return window which is only 30 days, not long enough to try expensive pillows in my opinion, after 3 months of putting up with the annoying corners I have to get rid of it cause it feels like it’s got worse over the little time I have used it, cost me £82 to use an annoying uncomfortable pillow for 3 months. I only decided this pillow cause of the positive reviews but it’s clear you can’t just rely on other reviews. If these pillows are really 5 star ratings then why only 30 days to trial, the beds have considerably longer to trial.
My bamboo pillows have never giving me issues to sleep on fora third of the price!!

DISGRACE SERVICE

I rarely attend this store but upon collecting a customers order with being a courier for the public I waited patiently at the pick up location which is what couriers usually do, then a member of staff walked over and in front of customers arrogantly said to me ‘your suppose to call the order number and wait for us’ my first thought was what have I walked into here cause I did exactly that! She eventually handed me the order and walked away before I asked if there’s only one bag and she then acted unprofessionally as if I was doing something wrong and again arrogantly said ‘like I said i don’t know I didn’t bag them’ then she walked away with no respect or manners, so then I left the store but re entered as I noticed on the order there was 15 items which had to be another bag, I asked a different member of staff who was much more professional and helpful who grabbed the other bag for the order.
The way the member of staff handled her duties was a disgrace to the store especially having members of the pubic watch on, usually I just ignore any confrontations but the way she spoke to me for absolutely nothing I felt I wouldn’t want any elderly or any customers being treated and spoke to the way I was.

One Satisfied Customer

I purchased a vehicle through this company and encountered a high number of unexpected issues with the vehicle, I got in-touch with the financing company Oodle car finance on a number of occasions who were extremely disappointing and offered no service or support at all. I left a review they replied to that review with false intentions and heard nothing afterwards. I then left a review for 247 and within one day I received a call from a agent who were completely different to Oodle, they offered there full support and reviewed the whole situation of the vehicle and evidence I provided and managed to reach a satisfactory outcome and were extremely helpful and understanding with everything. I want to thank Jasmine for her great service and support who was much more professional and customer friendly compared to Oodles customer service which was dreadful, due to Jasmines support I am more than satisfied and happy to be a 247 customer.

EXTREMELY REGRETTABLE

I purchased a vehicle through this company and have had many problems since the first day, I have had the vehicle for 6 months and has cost me a lot of money to repair as I needed it for work purposes. The amount I have spent on the vehicle is over half of what the vehicle is worth leaving me in a difficult position. The finance company has stop responding to my emails and complaints. I can’t describe how the company has made me feel and the lack of effort they showed to fix things the rightful way, I feel sorry for the next victims to go through this dreadful experience. This is the reference number incase Oodle leave a false message claiming they will locate my account and review as i have noticed they tend to do this type of message on many negative reviews. I would like to add to this review so that I can reply to the message from Calum,
I can confirm that I did get a reply from the case handler stating that basically they are not going to do anything and no further steps have been made in this case, just to clear that up as I think it’s disgraceful how the company are allowed to reply with misleading messages. Disgraceful.
