We booked a flight from Tel Aviv to Istanbul prior to the war. As a result of the war, the airlines cancelled our flight. In seeking the refund, they shorted us $300. I called and talked to their customer service about this. They said they would look into it. They did indicate that the insurance $100 wouldn't be refundable. I just received an email saying they will pay us another $137, but items like seat assignment and luggage might not be refundable. Incredibly stupid since they have the refund for those items from the airline. This is after 5 calls and 2 chats with them. We are still shorted. I'm guessing it is the profit they receive from the airlines.

Easy to follow recipes with great guide. Are usually pretty quick to make and delicious.

HomeExchange is an awesome platform. We have gone on so many more trips than we otherwise would've. Generally you are in local areas and you get a better feel for how they live in that area. Additionally, you need to be aware most the time you are staying in someone's primary house, so if you like pampering of a hotel, you won't find that here. However, everyone's house we have stayed at have been wonderful hosts offering excellent suggestions on their favorite places to eat and things to do.

I've bought through SellMyTimeshareNow 3 times and have found them always professional and timely with their communications. Jason is very professional and great to work with. They help you through the process and keep you informed at all stages.

Buyer beware! I bought two high end mattress from a mattress store. They would not discount one of the brands, but they could give you 60 days no interest through Synchrony Bank. I thought why not. Big mistake! I set up the bill pay to electronically, so no US postal involved, deliver the payment 2 days early. Somehow Synchrony didn't post the payment, and charged my a late fee. I called their automated system and it waived the late fee. However, for some reason my minimum went up, so I was short paying them. I try to set things up so I don't have to worry about monthly payments. Meanwhile in a few months I have a payment of $86 more than what I should pay. I called and complained. I'm paying the penalities and going to pay my bill 10 days early. Hopefully this works. THIS IS NOT A BANK YOU WANT TO SET THINGS UP AND NOT STAY ON TOP OF.

I've been a member for several years. The platform is an excellent tool for traveling. We have traveled all over US, Canada and France. In addition, we had recently a small problem which their customer service handled it quickly and completely to my satisfaction. Mandy was excellent to work with on the issue.

We have been a member of HomeExchange for two years. It has been a wonderful to stay in others homes and share our own. Recently we had a problem with an exchange and HomeExchange stepped right in to help rectify the matter. Their customer service is excellent.
