A beautiful dress that caught my eye on Facebook which is so reasonably priced. A lovely flattering shape, long sleeves and perfect for work or casual wear. Will be buying in another colour and curious to see other items in their range.

Arrived the next day. Magnesium Byglicinate is a good substitute for Magnesium L Threonate. As recommended by Andrew Huberman for improved sleep. Since Threonate has been declared a novel food, it is no longer available to buy in EU but this form of Magnesium is just as effective, more reasonably priced. For less than 1 euro a night I get sound and deep sleep.
