Ordered a disc lock from this company…
Ordered a disc lock from this company paid a delivery fee then get a message from ups asking for another £43. I feel like I have been conned. I will never use this company again and wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

CROP is based in the Netherlands and ships orders from within the European Union. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, import charges may apply. These charges are not determined or collected by us, but by the local customs authorities and the carrier, in this case UPS.
This information is clearly communicated during the checkout process, where customers are required to actively confirm that they are aware of potential import costs before completing their order.
Prices may also be displayed in British pounds to make the ordering process more convenient for UK customers. However, this does not change the fact that shipments are sent from the European Union.
We regret that this has led to any misunderstanding and that your experience has therefore been disappointing.
