Went to renew online 3/9 not due until 30/09. Money taken immediately, and online card blocked immediately as evidence of work history not passing scrutiny.i have been retired 2yearsI was asked for pensions proof, only state pension so I sent proof of that. Still asking for proof of employment although I had none(retired) I asked them to check my BLC history which they have as I’ve had one for many years. I contacted my last employer who sent me what I needed.
Would have helped if a human could have been on the end of a phone. I use BLC often and am thankful for it but could have done without the stress
