Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff

Before placing online order I rang the shop to ask which of two similar items would they recommend. I got very helpful and knowledgeable information which enabled me to make the correct decision.
Also I have visited the shop in person on several occasions and found the staff really helpful and friendly. It’s my go to website.

Bosch machines are built to last

Our Bosch Dishwasher stopped in the middle of a wash cycle . This was the first time that we had any issue with the dishwasher. I rang Bosch's Appliance Care for an engineer to come out and fix it. It was then that we discovered that the machine was 24 years old! We were offered their repair service but given its age we opted to buy a new one.

Great customer service

I bought a relatively cheap item online from Arts Materials the item was to be delivered by courier and I received a tracking number. To cut a long story short the courier did not deliver the item to the correct location. The Arts Materials company were exceptionally responsive, sorted out the issue and kept me fully informed. Great service
