I had an issue with my order online but I used the form online to contact Sweet Squared, they replied the following day saying there was a technical issue that had been sorted. I placed my order the following day and received my items the next day. Wrapped carefully and all order fulfilled.

Prompt delivery and packaged well, however I receive multiple emails with VAT offers anf free delivery on hair and beauty supplies and they never work. Always an error code stating my basket does not qualify . I only ever order hairdressing supplies and now only resort to ordering online if I need the items quickly. Not because of the good price and offers.

I am new to this company as they started distributing the Paul Mitchell brand i use for my hairdressing business.
Signing up was easy and all the correspondence from the staff has been prompt and courteous. I was accepted for a credit account also which was completed within a week. I have placed two orders so far, all the items have been available, fast delivery and boxed well.

Delivery was within the time window as advised by email, carefully delivered and placed inside our property.

My delivery was within time frame, delivered safely and to a member of staff in good condition

Polite, friendly, efficient delivery guys always at our salon. Usually leave items just on the inside of the salon door to ensure safe distancing and take picture. Generally within the time window given.
It's also fairly easy to reschedule to a different day.
