I have been dealing with Sweetsquared for a very long time but this evening I spoke with Elle regarding a mixup in my order and all I can say she is a gem to the company. She was very calm listened to me and within minutes she understood what was wrong with the order and had amended it immediately, she was very friendly and professional , when I ended the call I had a smile on my face because she was so lovely to talk to. If I have any other concerns, I would feel very confident to be greeted by Elle any day of the week.

Dear Natalie, we responded immediately last week to let you know we would happily refund you for the lead. It does say in the description on our site, that the lead is only suitable for lamps manufactured after 2019 and your lamp is much older than that so it wouldn't have worked. I recently purchased some nail polishes from Sweet Squared, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From placing my order on the website to receiving my package, everything was handled with such care and professionalism.
I was kept regularly updated throughout the delivery process, which was fantastic, and my order arrived incredibly quickly. The packaging was also superb — everything was securely and carefully packed, so my nail polishes arrived in perfect condition.
