Really poor customer service in Elvery's in Blanchardstown today unfortunately. I bought two pairs of Hoka Clifton's at €160 each - one for me and the other for my wife (who wasn't with me in the store). After trying my pair on, I enquired if they had the wide fitting pair in stock that were advertised on the website. I was fobbed off by a staff member who said they haven't received the wide fit shoes yet as they're new in stock and don't normally get the wide fitting shoes in for a couple of weeks after. So, I purchased both pairs. When I got home I realised that my wife's pair were a wide fit option and the 15% discount code was only applied to one pair (both pairs were full price, so discount should have been applied to both). Lucky that I took the paper receipt too, as the email receipt still hasn't arrived yet.

It wasn't apparent on the website when I was browsing that I'd actually ordered a Hello Fresh, and certainly didn't mean to order. Lo and behold, on Saturday morning a delivery arrives of food that we would not normally eat 🤷. The website is ridiculously hard to navigate, and as far as I can tell there's no way to remove my payment details so this doesn't happen again. Really poor and frustrating experience.

We dealt with Thomas and he was extremely knowledgeable and courteous to us, explaining our various options when purchasing the couch.
