GLS did NOT deliver my pack at the fixed date: they wrote "Wrong address" BUT hte address is correct and thay DID NOT PHONED ME!!!! So I asked them to try again, but the next day they wrote "The pack is in our store" (which one? then I managed to understand where: it is 100km far away from my home!!!): so they did NOT try again NOR phoned me. I wasted so much time to solve a problem they created: indeed I stayed at home 2 days to wait for them and I wasted additional time to look for them (email,m address...) and to contact the vendor etc: I wasted more than 12 hours! Now if I've to go to their store I'll waste 4 hours + oil costs. Worst than worst
