Goods I ordered have just arrived and I am very pleased with them. Good quality and fit is true to the size described on the website. Delivery does take a while because the goods come from China, so not a good idea to buy for this site if a last minute purchase.

I have used Competex Services to support my business since 2008. They have consistently delivered high quality advice and guidance which has helped to ensure that both my business and personal accountancy and tax matters have been managed in an orderly and timely manner. Most recently (Jun 25) they have helped me complete my personal tax returning a timely manner.

I ordered 4 doors from Leaders. Unfortunately own arrival they were the wrong size (my fault). 2 had also been damaged in transit by firm which delivered them. Leaders promptly arranged for collection of the doors by their courier. They say it is 14 working days to process a refund and from my experience this is true and it then took a further 4 or so working days for refund to arrive into my bank account but it did arrive. Customer services team were excellent when I checked in about my refund

Good notice of delivery window and able to track on App which was really helpful. Called to advise that the delivery was running early which was helpful but was not asked if this was OK and would I be in to accept it early? It was OK for me but I suggest customers are asked if they can take a delivery that was, in my case, an hour earlier than planned. Delivery team pleasant and efficient. 4 stars for point above and late change to original delivery date (evening before) without any reason being given or obvious details on how to contact Panther if new date was not suitable. This was slightly annoying because I had re-arranged diary to accommodate original delivery date.
