I had an absolutely incredible experience with Victoria! I didn't ask any questions out loud. I simply held them in my mind, and she addressed every single one, as if the cards were telling her. I knew then, she is a real deal. A person with a call. Her insights were accurate and meaningful. I felt she had genuine connection to what I was going through. I ordered a treadmill, and it was delivered the next day. Delivery driver was very nice to deal with and helpful. Overall had really good experience with this company.

I didn’t receive a refund on the order past 10 working days from return delivery (that’s why I was opting for 4.5 star ;)).
But I contacted customer support and one of the staff members, Harold, has resolved the issue promptly and I received refund almost immediately. There was no waiting time for customer support chat and the service was very friendly.
